You need to approach those who are Approved Hyperion Resellers for that. For example Sordan.ie, Amigastore.eu etc..
Or proof that you already own AmigaOS 3.2.

The full set of ROMs are part of the AmigaOS 3.2 CD, so a Proof of Purchase (like a photo of it, your name and date ~ or whatever the Amibay Slave Masters say) would allow someone to provide this service.
