Funny how they are able to have so much downtime.

Maybe its not them and just dodgy nodes, in certain countries?
Ive had this problem a few times on my server.

Anyone in the US could access it, but most of Europe couldn't. Turned out to be a dodgy node in the UK.
Took a week to convince them though as they could access it, they decided their wasn't a problem.

Aah yes, i have had my share of convincing to do on that matter.
I remember Europe being unable to connect to office365 for afew days. These things should be tested more.

You should ask JAWD if his order from just a few days ago have been shipped.
