When plugged in the COMPUTER DOES NOT BOOT. I tested it with my A4000D/040.

It come with original box, docs and driver disk.

Sorry Andry, forgot to post that the fast ATA 4000 card has arrived thank you

had some life out of it but it is very choosie when it wants to work hopefully it will be a simple fix.
