As above in excellent physical condition.
This was quite an up-market PAL genlocker back in the day - was around $700 I believe.
Caters for both composite and S-video (S-video was used by the S-VHS and Hi-8 tape formats)
It has tweaks for colour, contrast, luma, and has fader for Amiga overlay.
It can also be used for 3-pass RGB colour digitizing, and also has a mode for transcoding Amiga RGB->composite or Y-C, and vice versa. (The latter operation does not need the Amiga, but it does need a external PSU - 12V DC regulated wired to a 2-pole 3.5 mm mini-jack with tip=+ve. (PSU not reqd. for normal genlock use)

£25 or €30 + shipping. The unit weighs less than 1Kg, so should not be _too_ expensive to ship long distance from UK.
Currently not tested - but I will do so on expresion of serious interest (its a bit of palaver wrt extra monitor + cabling, but I will do it.
The manual is available in English and German, but its a large-ish pdf.
