Hello bitcpy. Thank you very much for your response. To buy the book is not that hard as there are plenty of copies in various conditions available on ebay and elsewhere.
Get the boxed copy is (probably) next to impossible but as I was able to keep looking for so long, I will try few more months/years Thanks again and have a nice day.
