The downgrading from 6.60 to 6.50 was easier, than expected. Thanks for the links.

I had 10 of these: Ebay Link

I was able to program 6 of the 10 eproms, while 4 of them seemed faulty. It starts programming and stops after 25-40 % in the process with a error. I asked seller and seller said, that I should try to erase them. I did and blank-checked, but the issue remained. This is actually a bit frustrating :D is it common, that 27C800 often are faulty?

Yep, quite often 27C800 chips are faulty.
You can also try to burn them with 12.5V and 200us pulse delay settings, it helps in some cases.
Regards,
Viktor

Seems same with 27C160, I bought 10 of these and all of them seems faulty:

In the guide for this adaptor is also written, that V should be set to 12.5V. I will try run my 27C160 through a cleaner/eraser and try with 200 US pulse delay setting too :) < Thanks for the tip.

Interested in one of these, at least the 27c322 board by itself, but I'd prefer kit or assembled if you have all the parts at the same time - let me know if/when you get stock :)

This looks like just what I need (to program a DIP42 M27C322 on my TL866CS programmer).

Looks like you haven't posted in a while. Please advise when you have more available.

I'd be interested in either PCB, kit of parts, or assembled. Whatever you have available.
