It comes with a compatible power supply (EU, 230v) and a micro cassette. No batteries included, but it works with the AC adapter. I've only entered the date on the screen, see the third pic; it's responsive. You can use the contrast slider to adjust the visibility of the lcd.
To power it up, you first need to slide the switch to the ON position, and only after that you plug in the charger (that should first be connected to the mains, according to the manual), otherwise it doesn't seem to start; don't know if it's normal or not, it might be because it's missing the batteries to charge.
As you can see from the pics, the general condition is 9/10, the only visual imperfection, a scuff, is on the top right corner of the front face. It's only visible at an angle, under bright light (see last picture in the next post). I genuinely think this was never used or was a refurbished item.
Here's some links for it:

https://fjkraan.home.xs4all.nl/comp/px8/ <- the most comprehensive web page i could find about it, it has everything you need: manuals, guides, roms, accessories, battery/charger info etc.

According to the bolded link, compatible batteries are still available to buy, if needed (e.g. https://www.batterycity.eu/sanyo-kr-1300sc-cadnica-3612). It also says NiMh AA batteries can work as well, but they won't sit tightly in the battery compartment, because they are smaller in size (see pic).
And as i've previously said, the included AC Adapter is not the original Epson, but a compatible one; it seems to work. See here for more info: https://fjkraan.home.xs4all.nl/comp/hx20/adapter.html (if you want to replace it, be careful with the polarity of the plug and maximum current allowed, as stated in the link).
SOLD: Price is 60 euros + shipping (weighs about 2.5 kg, shipping should be 16-23 euros, depending on the EU country, will provide exact quote) + 3% PP fees (or send as gift).
