My Donkey Kong cartridge for sale thread was closed a couple of years ago.
Still the IP has not been licensed, so this is essentially a unlicensed version...
If we are going to have rules they need to be applied equally.

This replica cartridge does not include the software, The EPROM is blank so no copy of the game is included.

axel81 originally asked about selling these replicas with the software but due to the unknown status of the copyright, we stated that axel81 could only sell these kits on Amibay without the software, please see here
