Member BoKi declared interest ("for a friend") in the Kickflash, I replied with shipping costs and payment method. He replied saying he didn't know when he could get in touch with his friend to arrange payment, and added "I hope you can wait until the weekend" because his friend "should be home." Due to these circumstances I told him I was moving to the next person in line.
I believe this is ok based on what I have read in the Forum Rules and I am moving on to member Sveta.
Perhaps there should be a revision to "Declaring Interest" in the Rules indicating you cannot "declare interest for a friend"?

I'm not the one wasting time as I have still not received details needed to complete the money transaktion! Funds are not a problem, payment method was not stated in the advert and I don't have Paypal but I have arranged for so payment can be done that way but I'm still waiting for your details for the transfer. 18 hours after your sent me the details about payment method I had solved that problem although it was actually less than 12 hours from that I read the message and during this time I sent 3 PM's explaining that I was working on it/had fixed it. I don't appriciate you twisting the trouth to circumvent the rules.
I explained that my friend had been seraching for one for years but even if he had not been interested any longer I would buy it for myself. This cannot declair for a friend is an after construction or you would not have sent me information about shipping in the first place.

I have sufficient funds for the declared item and shipping costs. I can transfer the money from my bank however you want it through Paypal which I can see you've now later added to the salesthread but wasn't there when I declared interest. You messaged me with shipping cost and that it was payment through paypal to which I replied that I didn't have paypal but I was trying to get hold of a friend who have however due to flakey internet connection where he was at had not yet been able to catch him however I knew he would be home this weekend and asked if you where ok with waiting that long, remember I hadn't received paypal payment details yet to actually trasnfer any money. Instead of replying that this was not ok giving my a latest date and a chance to get a Paypal account myself to arrange for the payment you just replied that you was going to next in line and without declaring that in the thread. I made you aware in the thread that I was still 1st on the Kickflash and needed payment details because by then I had made the nessesary arrangement to pay through paypal.
I was first to declare interest, to not risk tripping over the scalping rule I make it clear I intend it for a friend (in case he don't want it I sure as hell do!), I have the funds and the meens to pay and have arranged so I can pay the way you request it as soon as you actually give me the paypal account you want the money transferred to! If I do not get this I expect the admins to get involved as I find this very unresonable.

I replied to BoKi first (as the Rules require) and he wrote back indicating he couldn't get in touch with his friend to pay for the Kickflash and he did not know when payment would occur. Just a lot of speculation regarding payment. At no time did BoKi offer to buy the Kickflash for himself in any of his PMs to me.

Then you have missunderstood me and any specualtions is all yours, and that is perfectly fine but could be strightened out if you've just ask me. My message to you was 2 fold. First I inform you that I indend this for a friend who burned his card years ago and have been searching for one. I intending to buy it myself anyway but as you indicate banktransfer was not an option I also inform you that same said friend have Paypal and I do not and I need to get hold of him to arrange for the payment. I explain that "He is currently offshore with a bit flakey internet so have not yet been able to get hold of him, but he should be home by this weekend though so hope you can wait till then for payment as I don't have paypal."
There you could reply saying that you where not willing to wait that long and would go to next in line if I couldn't fix it in a said amount of time but no, you just go for next instead of giving me a chance to actually complete our transaction since I was still waiting for payment details needed!
