I was wondering if anyone in the know could help me out. I have 4 amigas and would like to share my HD floppy drive between them. I can't find any switches for this, so I was looking at modifying a 4 way parallel port switch, and hacking the end of the ports to get them down from 25 to 23 pin.
So, my questions are if this will work, and if the parallel cables can handle the power draw for the floppy drive?
It's all in my head at the moment but I'd really rather find a way of using one drive instead of buying another 3. Or is there a better way that I've missed?
