Since I think I'll be here for quite a while to come as I learn my way around the Amiga, I suppose I should put my mug up there. This, I'm sorry to say, is me -

I have the somewhat dubious "honour" of still looking like a sixteen year-old... just six years shy of turning forty. If there is a divine being somewhere out there, he screwed up royal

Damn and I thought I looked young for my age (37) - here's me about 2 years ago just prior to getting married. :)

You do look young for your age, I'm just an anomaly

indeed, when I saw your pic I joked to myself thet you weren't old enuf to be allowed on the net by yourself! :D

hey sometimes these things can be used to ones advantage - my wife thought I was roughly her age when we met and only found out later when things got serious that I was 7 years older that her!

Around the age of about 30 I FINALLY  realized that you are who you are and you better love and take care of that person you share a lifetime with .. yup indeed, not talking about girlfriend/wife or whatever may trip your trigger :D

The funny thing is that once you reach that point life becomes a lot easier (not easy but easier .. hehe).

Alright, enough rambling .. :D

Back in 1988 Commodore Greece had a "club" where one could buy pirated software. Lovely eh?

ahh the joys of cork where the water keeps you young, knew there was a reason why my dad got married there

Just don't visit the banks of said river when the tide is in, or you'll discover more about the joys of that water then you ever intended!

I haven't been here long, but have had an A1200 for a long time, and a C64 before that! Sorry about the plastic glove, that was covering my broken hand at a time when I was getting dinner ready. :D

Yes. Yes, it does! Well, it did, I don't drink anymore. But it used to be a real pain. Once I bought a bottle of vodka from a supermarket, and had my passport with me as a form of ID. The girl looked at it, looked at me, then asked if I had a "black card". I looked at my friends - they'd never heard of it either. She said it was the national identity card that you get from the guards (Gárda Síochána, or "the pigs" to some!). I only drank rarely at the time and wouldn't have gotten much use out of such a card.

She accepted the passport in the end, but we were scratching our heads as we left, wondering why my passport was dodgy, and how this national identity card thing was a better option.

Me and the family.

Me getting a smooch from She Who Must Be Obeyed™. Since selling my original Amiga, I've been cursed - my hair started falling out, I stopped growing upwards, and started growing outwards... :picard
