No. It's not Mediator.
It is Prometheus PCI card now reworked to firebird.
So you must seek what hardware Prometheus is compatible.

I think that the only hardware supported is Voodoo3, RTL8029 LAN and some NEC USB. That's all.

compatible PCI cards at the moment are:
- RTG PCI graphics cards: Voodoo3 (2000 or 3000), Radeon 9200 series and Permedia 2 cards
- PCI Network (8029 or 8139 RTL Chipset) 10/100Mb

It doesn't require any additional cards/modules to work with PCI cards and works cooler than Mediator.
