On way back to the house today, after spending Christmas at my parents. Will see what real damage is now the way has had time to recede.
Drying company are coming Monday morning to assess work needed, and then loss adjuster in the afternoon.
Looks like will be spending my 40th birthday tomorrow ripping out all the downstairs flooring.
