What is difference from this adapter and real hd adapter?

This Adapter allows a PC drive to work as a normal DD Amiga disk drive without having to mod the PC drive.

The Real HD adapters allows the Amiga to read amiga HD and DD disks but still requires some modding to happen to the PC drive and only works on certain types of PC drives (Certain Sony & Teac Models)
