Could do with an update please. The shipping tracking seems to indicate the parcel is stuck and I'm pretty sure the Portuguese shipping company won;t talk to the recipient - only the sender.

Thanks

If it's of any help I can give my experience shipping/receiving some high end audio equipment for repair in the UK. At some point (2, maybe 3 years ago.. time flies for me....) they implemented some type of inspection system due to terrorism and randomly I've had my items retained for more than a month! You probably will get it but they abuse the time it takes. Also, at one instance one of the repaired equipment I received back had been opened and was out of alignment (a top of the line Nakamichi cassette recorder, very valuable). No responsibilities taken, so I found some other place, would still prefer to deal with the Uk repairhouse if possible, but not worth the hassle IMHO, specially if the equipment is expensive...

Wait.. Here's the english version:
http://www.ctt.pt/feapl_2/app/open/objectSearch/objectSearch.jspx?lang=01

Click the "+" sign on the "Info" column.
You'll see that it says:

"International reception" on

LANGLEY HWDC.

It arrived on Langley on the 5th of June! Langley is where one of the british customs is. Google it, many complaints on delays etc. It also seems to me google used to give even worse results when doing this search, unfortunately I remember it well....
