onboard PS2 mouse/keyboard , serial / parallel ports

204mb HDD

When i got this pc it worked, the HDD died, so I replaced it and i managed to install windows 95, it started to lock up.

It's now up to the point of not posting, if it does post it can freeze during mem count or run for a while, I installed doom (took 3 attempts due to locking up) but when installed it ran fine for 30 minutes. No idea whats wrong with it.
