For sale - Freescale MC68060RC50 71E41J (Rev 6) CPU.

Like new and in great condition, has no bent pins.

I tested it on a TF1260 with 10ns CPLDs and it will go up to 94MHz, if 100MHz is attempted the system will crash. It might work on a TF1260 with 7ns CPLDs, not certain.


Price: €380 + shipping.
