Hi.
I could be interested by one unit for my Apple IIGS, pending these questions:
- the design of the board seems angled upward and it may block the nearby slots. Why is it not flat behind the smartport?
- i have read that real floppy drives can still be used and connected after the Fujinet, but i don't see how.
- is there a 3D printed case model available to nicely match the GS case instead of the naked board and how does it look like?
- is it possible to have the device instead in a case connected to the smartport iva a cable?

Is it possible to have the device instead in a case connected to the smartport via a cable?

I can make your unit with a soldered flat ribbon cable instead a DB19 head,
your cable wil be soldered at the Fujinet side, at the other end, a DB19 head will be present.
(Note, as you can see the DB19 is a modified DB25)

There is a case designed by Javier Rivera, despite I don´t have 3D printer, I have some cases, I can sell one of these cases for additional 2€. If you have 3D printer, I can send the .stl files.

During this weekend, I could upload a photograph of the case.

You need to place this Fujinet for Apple II version as last device in the SmartPort chain.

There are available units!

*Shipment to United States is resumed:

Now European courier shipment meets the requirements of Executive Order 14324, which requires the seller to declare the goods as commercial merchandise, collect import taxes, and submit them to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

But the shipment is obviously more expensive, but it includes all U.S. customs taxes and the additional cost of processing a shipment as commercial merchandise, as required by current U.S. law.*
