I would post this on Morph.zone or better yet join the morphos discord as that is where the action is. I use mac hardware (powermac pcie 11,2 and powerbook 1.67) only for morphos and they work perfectly (the appset and constant development is super sweet). So I never installed macos on anything.

Hi Matt. I actually found posts on MorphZone confirming the last info I posted here. No solution, however.
That's okay. I didn't realize there was still an issue with audio apart from the internal speaker not working.
This makes running OS 9 on the G4 impractical.
