GINX TV channel

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned it before. I just noticed a new channel on Virgin Media called GINX, channel 286, appears to be all about gaming and apps and stuff.

Is it of any discernible quality, or is it continuing the legacy of the likes of the dire Game Network channel (whose only high-point was its pop-music/game footage mash-ups), the horrible early 2000's dross on Bravo featuring Violet Berlin (where she was trying and failing to live up to her earlier excellent work on Bad Influence on Children's ITV, and Digitiser on Teletext), and the slot on The Big Breakfast featuring the cringe-inducing Adam Ay?

We haven't had any good televisual coverage of computer and video games since the early 1990s with the likes of Bad Influence and GamesMaster - I'd love to know if this is up to snuff.

I've never really been in to games that much so I can't really compare it to previous shows, but thought I'd share what I had found in case somebody might be interested.

I do remember Violet Berlin and Emily Booth on some shows in the past. Anyway Ginx has a web site too. Why not take a look and make up your own mind.
