Good file managers?

Does anyone know if there is a file manager that can sort out files into folders setting it to 250 per folder alphabetically and/or ones that can round up duplicate filenames by keyword (basically a clever filing system that will run in Win7)?

Directory Opus 10?

Not free, (but you can trial it for free) but an amazing piece of software.

Dir opus 9 has been my choice for years. I feel 10 has become a little bloated.
