Google and Gmail Account?

I got my own Google + account but one problem thought is that I dont know my Goggle + and Gmail account passwords isicard...

so really I have fook both account then:roll:icard

do you understand what I am trying to say?

Can't you just reset your password? You would have given an alternative email address as a backup when registering anyway.

im forever forgetting passwords,i just stick them to the monitor on sticky notes if i have a few.

try resetting your passwords and writing them down.

Or have a little book you write them all down in.

This is really why so many people use the same password for everything, but obviously this isn't recommended for security reasons.
