PSP Vita Account?

I already got Old Account on my PSP Vita but I want a new Account that will connected to my PS 4 which had new Account

the questions I am asking is how do I create new Account on PSP Vita or it is just One Account only on PSP Vita?

One account only, yes. You'll have to remove the account you have on there, to use another one.

Settings -> Format -> Reset or something similar. Should be asked to deactivate your account after that.

You'll need to restore the vita system, it will delete everything installed on the console and return it to factory settings allowing you to set up your new account

wont he loose all his paid for games ?? they are locked to an account right ?

Yes they are. AF will have to reinstate the old account to play any games bought to it.

good news is I havnt bought any digital games yet but when I select
Restore the ps vita system then I thought i could create my new account but my old account is there

Of course, you could also just add the account to your PS4.
