Computers have been a part of my life since early 90's when I started to learn to read. My father brought his classroom 486 to home for summers and me and my brother would sit in front of it for many hours altought at first all he had installed on it were some scientific softaware (later some students of his put Wolfenstein 3d and Terminal velocity on it). First computer I bought was C64 that I purchased from my cousin around 1996 for 100mk (<20€) and couple of years later we got our new PC then awesome P3 Riva tnt machine that crushed all my friends computers that mostly were still 486s or pentium 1. Too bad I had to then sell my C64 to get some games to play with this new beast. A decition I now reget altough I still have those games CIB
After that there were a pause in my PC-hobby for I turned to consoles for my main gaming platform for many years and only in late 00's started to pay attention more to PC stuff and also slowly to retro side of things since my childhood computer memories were slowly turning into that catagory.
Nowdays my main focus on collecting is Big-box PC games, console games and keeping all the needed equipment for playing my games in working order. Altought I'm starting to deviate slightly form just having the needed equipment to collecting older pieces of intresting home computing hardware
