I had the Amiga500 myself in 1987.
Since around 2015 I have rediscovered my old love for the Amiga1000.
Today I have A500, A600, A1000, A1200, A2000 myself
The Amiga3000 currently remains a dream.
It's wonderful that more new hardware is being developed these days.
The user meetings every year are also a lot of fun with other users
Nowadays I'm currently testing the video output via the RGB2HDMI Raspi adapter on the Amiga 2000.
Thanks Mikel

Welcome to Amibay!

Welcome and happy new year! I had an A500 and then an A1500 back in the late 80's and early 90's.

Before that, I had a BBC Micro Model B and a C64.

Regarding interoperability, I connected the Beeb to my Amiga via serial cable for file sharing.

Who would have thought that so many years later, the grandchildren of the Acorn machine would play such a big part in the Amiga community :)

Wow... I didn't know a real owner of an A1500 until today, I had found also the A2500 to be very "exotic".
There is also the great historical story that the NASA used Amiga computers. :)

(and the A1200 in India for television production) :D

YES,. I also always worked with computers and data modems.
(also first with C64 and 300baud), then on the Amiga 2400,9600,19200... and then faster on the PC from 1993.

It was a great time and I still enjoy hearing the carrier signal tone from a 300 baud terminal :D

Have fun
