Greetings all!
I just wanted to say hello to everyone from a new (but old, lol) Amiga user from Kentucky.
A long time Atari user (first 8-bit, the Atari 800, for Christmas 1982, then Atari ST from 1988 until present) I finally wanted to get involved with the Amiga (which to me represents the true successor to my favorite 8-bit computer, the Atari 800).
I was fortunate enough to acquire a very well maintained, expanded A500 system last year and am just now able to really get it out and play with it.
I am having a lot of fun with the system. Definitely night and day difference from GEM on my Atari STe, but I am starting to get used to it.
In many ways, I feel like I am starting all over again, but I think that is the excitement of it all. Though I have a ton of Atari software of all kinds (been collecting for years), I have nothing really for the Amiga. I will be looking to expand and pick up quite a few software titles, primarily games. I am interested in comparing game versions to my Atari ST
