Hi Amibay,

I've just bought my Amiga 1200 through the forum, quick drive up the road and I'm now the owner of basically a NOS A1200 (it really is smart) with a CF drive and a 1230 accelerator card. Basically the Amiga I always wished my first A1200 was back in the day.

Really was a pleasure to meet the seller, who knew his stuff, showed off the Amiga, genuinely a great transaction.

Amibay really seems to be a great place for creating a marketplace for like minded buyers and sellers. I have to admit, though, temptation is everywhere!

PS if anyone wonders what happened to my first A1200, well, my sister has it and refuses to give it back. I don't blame her, it was the best computer I ever owned!

It's nice too see people on here from London it any one is near Greenford in middlesex I run a computer club and we have all sort of stuff like this for the members too use and helping them with other retro bits.
