Hi all, I'm Simon.
I've joined up after coming across the site whilst looking for old computer books and magazines.
My interests are primarily in home computers from the late 70s and early 80s - basically all the stuff I couldn't afford when I was a kid (not that some of it is very affordable now...). My first system was a Signetics Instructor 50 which a friend's dad gave to me when I was about 10 as I don't think he knew much about it, and then graduated on to the C64 and BBC B. Since then I've picked up a few different machines from car boot sales and ebay etc which I hope to one day have the time and space (and money) to get everything cleaned up and fixed up and working.
