Do people ever go to the gym or do exercise at home?
I remember Martin O Neil who is manager of Sunderland and he say going to the Gym is waste of time because when you build Muscles as they become stronger but if you stop going to the gym then Muscles in whatever is(Arms,legs or whatever) stay about 3 months then go down
I need to eat more as that my problem :roll:
I should be eating 2,500 or 3,000 Cals a day but it is hard to keep up somehow
High Cals foods such as Pizza(having once a while doesnt hurt ya), Steak, pasta and not sure about other
IF You got foods tips or whatever then let me know
