It's an attempt to log the time/date/ip of any activity coming to the site, obviously Mr Black thinks he'll be able to trace the IP of the LOLZ group that way. I've written a similar lump of code on my site that logs and blacklists IP's that attempt to inject SQL crap into my logon screen. The same code also checks for spam attempts on other screens. Anything the website isn't sure about gets emailed to me for verification. The 'attacker' gets automatically kicked out of the site and redirected to google.
