Just wanted to drop in and say hi before I start on my full Amibay experience.
I've been lurking for a while and reading up on some Amiga posts and must say that I really like the attitude of the people on here. It seems to have a good sense of community that I'm looking forward to being a part of.

Why I'm here...
I've been into the emulation scene for quite a while but decided that I wasn't really get the full experience. So I pulled the Amiga 1200 out of the loft, fired up Laser Squad (to the point where it crashed obviously ) and am now busily hunting down bits and pieces to get everything working nicely.

TL;DR: Amiga 1200 owner looking forward to spending some time here!

I have to admit, the full retro experience means far more for me that mere emulation!

Indeed AndyLandy!
I thought it was all about emulating the machines for so long but it never really scratched the retro itch .
Already on the lookout for a good deal on an old Speccy whilst tweaking up the miggy. Not too sure the missus is going to approve though .

I found that setting up a 'home office' in the summerhouse at the end of the garden where most amiga stuff could be stored has helped as far as the Mrs is concerned.....
