I'm another Aussie who just jumped back into the scene, must be these covid times. There is so much to catch up on and some cool upgrades and tech about.

I’m also a rabid Amiga fan from the early nineties returning to the best platform ever. I used to sell A500s,A600s,A1200s and CDTVs back in the day for Myer. I had a A500 that I modded to be like a A500+(1meg chip ram, KS2.04 chips, upgraded Agnes) with a GVP HD8+ (including extra RAM and the AT emulator)which was my pride and joy until I sold it when I went back to study and needed a 486PC. Worst decision of my life – selling the miggy, not going back to study!

A few years ago, I was given several A1200s and an A500 by a retiring workmate. They sat idle in a crate until the recent COVID19 lockdowns. The extra time on my hands has lead to a renewal of my interest in these amazing computers. I’m loving the culture and passion in these forums, and in the Amiga scene as a whole.

Where to next? AmigaNG? Vampires? Warps? I’m on board!
