Hi everybody,
just a short introduction of myself.
I'm Tomas from small village near Brno in the Czech Republic. Interested in computers since I was a 3 years old. Currently I'm collecting old hardware from era of 286 till Athlon XP with focus on 3Dfx cards and Sound Blaster cards. Due to my current job and also to the fact that I have 6monhts son, I don't have much time for my hobby but I'm still trying to expand my collection. Currently playing with 486 dream build: AMD 5x86 @160Mhz + Voodoo3 2000PCI + SB AWE64.
Beside this hobby I also play ice hockey at amateur level and I like also driving fast cars and quadbikes.
What brought me here?
I hope that here are real collectors of old hardware who have sens for the same sort of people so their primary goal is not to earn as much money as possible with sellign old stuff, at least I hope so
At least I'm doing this practice in my surroundings.
