I just found your site and had to join. In the mid 90's I bought my first Commodore and was hooked. I joined a local club, had a lot of fun and met some great people. Now I need to repair a lot of the equipment that I collected back then. It has been stored in my attic for decades. It is fascinating to see all that has been done. I am hoping to move forward and use this site to get up to date. To start, I would love to build that 1581 I never had. If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Thanks, Joseph

You're in my previous neck of the woods, well NY state. I used to live in Thompson Ridge NY.

Welcome to Amibay! :check:

Welcome to Amibay. Joining a club (especially in the old days was something wonderful), even more if you still have connections with some of them today.

Welcome, I'm assuming you mean the 3.5 inch 1581 drive, they come around here, but not often.
