Hi!
I received an Amiga 500 back in 1987 and quickly got into Amiga Basic and assembly programming as much as playing games and enjoying this machine.
I helped program a game, I was involved in this PD game called Phoenix Fighters https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5HqiQIGd5o
Later got an A1200 when they came out and only in 1995 I got into PCs and Linux, and never quite felt the same excitement anymore. Time flies and nostalgia got me to invest in an Armiga to restore my old floppies. Good times again.
Unfortunately my 500 and 1200 were stolen from storage many years ago.. especially miss the code and other personal content on the harddrives
icard
Thinking of getting hold of a real 1200 but time will tell. Pretty satisfied with emulation on the Armiga as of now.
Regards
