Hi Everybody,
I'm a long-time lurker on this site and have finally got around to actually post something.
I live in North Wales and was a big Commodore computer fan back in the 80's.
Used to play on a C64 and then in 1991 (or thereabouts) bought the CDTV when it was first available. I was always a bit disappointed that the CDTV didn't become popular and there was such a limited number of software titles. (That 'Planetside' demo was what caused me to spend what was then a considerable amount of money on my setup).
My Son has recently shown an interest in retro gaming so I thought I would show him what used to be the state of the art in games consoles.
Unfortunately, the CDTV no longer wants to play (just shows a white screen) so I'll have to see if I can get it fixed and then fire up Lemmings and Xenon for a (mega) blast from the past !
Anyway, thanks for reading.
Paul.
