Help me identify a component?

Hi there,

I received an EDO ram stick that arrived damaged. The company have sent me a new one and told me to keep the old and do what I want with it. I think I may try to fix it.

A small yellow rectangular object has come away from the board. I understand it's a capacitor has the markings:

J10U 952S

Anyone know where/how to source one of these. I'm not sure what to search for!

its probably a 10 pF coupling capacitor. you dont have to find exactly the same part. check for ram chips spec sheet. there they will specify which value of capacitor you should have for coupling. you may have really hard time trying to find the exact component.

0.1uf should do the trick (or 100nf) both are the same "rule of thumb" =)
