Hello all!!! I recently purchased a used Amiga CD 32, but the seller did not provide a psu. I live in the u.s., and the power supplies for the NTSC models are impossible to find, even on Ebay, or Amazon. Is it possible to use the power supply "brick" from my Amiga 500 to run this? I know that there are ATX converter cable end so that I can use any pc psu, but I think that this may be too much voltage for the NTSC version, even with a u.s. pc psu. Any other options that anyone may know of? Thank you very much for your help!!!

The NTSC Amiga CD32 is (I cringe to say it) rare, so finding "just" the PS brick is going to be a very hard task indeed.
But, that being said, the ATX converter runs off one of the "Hard Drive" rails, so you have no real worries on "over Powering" your CD 32. Theoretically, you could power up your main Amiga (500,600,1200) and still have plenty of juice for your CD 32 off of the rail. all at the same time from one ATX P/S.
The original P/S brick for the CD32 weighs more than the CD23 itself - IIRC almost double. You should have no issues at all with an older 250W or 300 P/S.
AmigaKit has these for Dirt Cheap (under $10) so you have nothing to loose by getting one, because chances are with a P/S brick, you are gonna pay way more than that in shipping if you find one.
