Help with identifying a Capacitor type

Hi all,

Hopefully being posted in the right are.

I’m trying to work out and source this type of capacitor.

K750 16T23 1000.

Have tried Google, Mouser and dare I say it ebay. But nothing can be concluded.

Anyone know. Have attached a picture.

K750 most likely stands for Kemet 750 series Polymer Aluminum cap capacitor. By the shape seems 1000uF / 16V.
