I have been away from the Amiga for some time but recently dragged my old a1200 out and a couple of projects I had started but never finished. I had one of the first Amiga A500s in the Uk back when it all first started. I then spent many years with the machine, going through each of the systems. I never got to the A4000 as I started work and moved to the PC, for compatibility with the office machines. I am hoping that the new lease on life for my A1200 tower will bring more out of my old system than just games.

I would like to ask for help if I may.....:help:

I have one of the eyetech interfaces but I got it from a friend who in all his wisdom ripped it from his old tower and in the process managed to snap all the cables from the keyboard connector. I was hoping that if anyone has one of these interfaces with the PC AT keyboard connector on, would they mind photographing the pc keyboard connector with the wires so that I could try and resolder the one I have.

I have been looking on the net for the pinout for a couple of months but found nothing:thumbsdown:, so thought I would join the forum that I often read and see if anyone can help.

kind regards Bugg

Thanks to keropi
for the 2 pics above, me wonders if he has sold the keyboard converters/adapters

RBM: Ramiga Z7 Busboard

in the mean time we can play best guess, helped on by using the pics as a guide. There are 5 wires for the keyboard, If you only have 4 then all it means is the reset is missing, the first 2 are easy power +5v and ground

1 be Ground, prob Black
1 be 5Volt+, prob red
1 be Reset if u ground this your amiga will reset == to A A Ctrl on keyboard
1 be Keyboard Clock, yay we have a pulse
and last be Keyboard data
