Started with a C64C in 86, then moved up to an Amiga 2000 in 89. It ended up getting sold in a garage sale 20+ years ago so now here I am re-buying equipment for big $$$ that I had at one time owned. 
Was going to go the mister route but decided to try out real HW first for that nostalgic hit. It's a good chance (especially with the C64) to re-learn machine language and low level system manipulation after a long absence.
