Hey everyone,
Just getting the Amiga bug again after many years. Pulled out my Amiga 500 recently from storage and damn was it yellowed. Just brought an Amiga 600 today and have order a CF card reader and card. Can't wait.
Interested in all sorts of older consoles and some computers. C64 is my fav but Amiga is a close second.

I love modding consoles and hardware and doing things myself. I would not call myself anything but a hack but I love it.

Any other aussies on the forum?
See you guys around the forums.:D

Welcome! It's funny how many people around the world have unpacked their Amiga after years and booted them up - I've yet to see a PC or Apple bootup after a couple of decades being packed away.

I was blessed with visiting your city on business for a few days around 1998. We stayed right near the Crown Casino, and even made it down to Phillip Island (unfortunately, right at the tail end of the penguins returning - but had the best lobster dinner I've had in my life). Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep that trip.....

There a lot of Australians here
Most quietly lurk and don't say much though.

In hoping that one day I might bump into one of the members of my old BBS here lol

^^ What he said - alot of us lurk, because it's too expensive to get stuff shipped from Europe or US, unless you are REALLY keen on something :D
