Hi from Scotland

Hi all.
I'm OldAmigan, from Dumfries in Scotland.

I bought my then 11 year old son an Amiga 600,just before the A1200 came out. This was my introduction to the Amiga, being at the time a C64 user.
I started to buy the magazines to find out more about the machine,which pushed my interest.
When he 'downgraded' to the PC, I inherited the A600, which I still have, plus another A600.
Over the years I've amassed an A500 (which now has a Pistorm and RaspberryPi 3A in it), two A1200's (one towered in an Eyetech EZ4 case), plus an AmigaOne XE and recently an A1222 Plus, which is in a Checkmate 1500 case.
I also have a Mac Mini G4, a PowerMac G4 and a PowerMac G5 for MorphOS, and I run Amikit XL on a Pi400.
I have other retro computers too!

I try and attend as many Amiga User group meetings as I can get to and have been regularly seen at LAG, RHAG, and YAG meets, as well as my 'local' SAUG meetups. I've also attended WMAG, NWAG and MAE meetups - most of these are about an hours ' drive from my old pal's house, my sister's or my daughter's, so I get a hobby and family/friends weekend into the bargain

Hi Matthew, yes, it's me, Fred. I'm going to LAG near Welton (Lincoln) on 1st Feb, SAUG up by Glasgow (I organise it) 8th Feb and NWAG at the NW Computer Museum on 22nd Feb
