I would start by recapping your board before you start using it more often and also do the PSU or get a new better one.

Thank you, yes I have just completed the MB re-cap but will consider the PSU also. I have replaced the keyboard membrane and I'm currently inquiring on an RGB to VGA cable, but also considering a TF1232 for the future. I should be picking up a BL702A soon
