I only found it yesterday so I haven't had time to test it but I'm pretty sure the last time I had it out that it was all working. I'll be putting it all together tomorrow to see. I really don't know exactly what I have here so any information would be greatly received.

The turbocard is probably a 68040 without FPU but extra heatsink.
The optical drive looks like a Toshiba external ATAPI drive.

The metal cover top left (mitsumi) is probably not that worse as I thought. It is just a metal shield.

Just to help you out with the Accelerator in the 1200, it is the Magnum 1240 variant of the Apollo 1240 series.
