I started my adventure in computers with a Mattel Aquarius. I was 9 or so. I taught myself basic and have been addicted to computers ever since. At some in my early career, when I was still mostly broke, I thought it would be fun to build old computer systems, the ones I dreamt of when I was younger but could not afford. It was a cheap and fun way to feed my computer hobby. Time passed and old turned to vintage. Cheap turned to expensive. My vintage computer appetite expanded to different eras and goals. And more time passed and I slowly moved on to other hobbies. Biking. Hiking. Travelling. These days I don't much collect or use my vast collection of vintage computers. So, I think it's time to send the collection back into the community who will love and appreciate it.
Oh, and 11 years after I discovered computers, I discovered freestyle frisbee. Been playing that for 20 years now. It's kept me in shape, taken me all over the world, and introduced me to my wife. If the weather is good, I'm playing frisbee. Used to be that in the rain, I'd be gaming, programming, or running experiments. These days, I'm working on my bike. Here's a video of me playing frisbee: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RseKfXfTfEg
