OK! Added you to the dedicated thread with full instructions.

The adapter can be used with joysticks/Joypad directly on the C64, with full support for the 1st joy button.
The optional 2nd joy button on C64 works reversed, so it needs a firmware patch on the adapter if you want it to properly work (I could supply it individually, if asked)

Mouse on C64 is driven by an analog protocol, so there's no way to manage it with HID2AMI which is full digital.
