For a 4000D MB do you supply all the bird seeds and sockets?

i.e. do you reuse the existing chips?

I prefer solder chips only for buster i can solder socket if buster 9 is on board if buster 11 as well I soldering to board
I use only chipset from old board rest parts I give new
Simm sockets as well new
