Closed IBM PS/2 Model 70 386 (faulty)

For sale this IBM Personal System / 2 machine. It is the Model 70 that comes with an Intel 386 DX 20MHz CPU. Overall in decent condition given its age. Recently taken a part and and cleaned from dust. It doesn't work, when powered on I can hear the fan spinning, the hdd coming to life and then I get one long beep and two short ones. Nothing is displayed on the screen. Sold AS IS. Here are some photos:

I agree but since this is a MCA system, finding a replacement video card is gonna be hard. Maybe the on-board one can be fixed.
