I'm selling my lovingly restored IBM XT Model 286 (model no. 5162) computer. It has been refurbished from top to bottom to be as near as stock and historically correct as I can get it. This includes all correct and stock internal brackets and cabling. Correct and stock power supply. All stock and period correct:
Please note the hard to find IBM Display Adapter, the only proper IBM VGA ISA card! I bought it NOS (new old stock) especially for this build.
New CMOS battery. I will include the original (depleted) battery and one fresh replacement.
I will include a bootable floppy disc with bios setup utility.
The computer is excellent working condition.

Free bonus, an original IBM CGA 8 bit ISA graphics card, part number 1501981, PCB number 1501982, with the desirable Motorola MC6845. It is defective, shows garbled output. The card is in ok condition, however the slot bracket and connectors are rusty.

- I can't find definitive info about whether the ST-225 was an IBM option or is an after market addon.
